Peer Review Policy

The Journal of Instruction, Technology and Social Sciences operates under a double-blind peer review system, ensuring that both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process. Reviews are conducted by members of our international panel of registered experts.

All submitted manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening and editorial assessment by reviewers who volunteer their expertise without remuneration, in alignment with international academic standards. Recognition of their contributions is based on evaluations acknowledged through the Web of Science platform.

Long-term preservation service
To ensure long-term digital preservation and perpetual access to its scholarly content, the International Journal of Instruction, Technology and Social Sciences (IJITSS) participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). Operating on the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) framework, the PKP PN automatically archives all published issues across a decentralized, global network of preservation nodes. This guarantees that in the unlikely event the journal website becomes unavailable or ceases publication, all published articles remain permanently secure, intact, and accessible to the international research community.
